i found the location to be quite suitable for my needs. the hotel is near the train station and other attractions. the staff was friendly , and they stored my luggage before and after my stay. the room was large and cozy.

the bathroom lacked a separate heating source, cold.

convenient location polite staff broken tv soft beds

The location proved excellent. It was very close to the city center. I found it within easy walking distance from the train station. This made everything quite convenient. The staff members were very polite and cute. They were helpful at all times. The room was clean and well maintained.

The tv in my room did not work. I brought it up twice, but it was never fixed. Beds were VERY soft. It was a bit difficult for me to get on and off it.

the desk staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and such.

my room, was very small. there was not enough space to move around easily and it felt cramped. i also could not find any slippers in the room.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

street noise overpriced breakfast

The location was fairly close to public transportation. I used the tram frequently.

The room I got, a Double Room Souterrain, felt quite cramped. Space was definitely limited. The noise from the street was noticeable at night (it's next to a bar). The breakfast, at 15€, felt overpriced for the limited options.
